Return postage can be expensive because of the quantity and weight of our merchandise. We respectfully request that you confirm all dimensions and specifications to make sure the product is appropriate for your particular use before completing your purchase in order to prevent needless expenses.

Requirements for Refund Eligibility

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Condition: Items must be in “as-new” condition and completely unused.

  • Safety and Contamination: Storage tanks ought to be empty and spotless. Due to safety and environmental requirements, we are unable to accept returns for any unit that has had chemicals or petroleum products injected into it.

  • Check: Upon arrival to our facility, all returns are subject to a physical check to ensure they satisfy the “clean and empty” criteria.

Kindly provide us with your order number, contact details, product or products, and return reason. Within one working day, a team member will respond.

PLEASE NOTE: Our registered address does not accept returns. You will receive the item’s forwarding details after completing the returns form when a return has been approved.

Refunds will be handled after verification is finished and the unused status is verified. The original payment method or a mutually agreed-upon substitute will be used to provide refunds.

Refunds will be handled within 48 hours of the request being approved. Once the reimbursement has been processed, customers will be informed.

  • Refunds for partially used storage tanks will be determined by the percentage of capacity that was not utilized..
  • Contractual Obligations: In order to be eligible for a refund, clients must abide by any minimum storage period or contractual limitations specified in the service agreement.
  • Administrative Fees: Refund claims may be subject to a processing fee. During the refund request procedure, clients will be made aware of any applicable fees.
